Yes. A deposit is required after the vehicle, route, and final price have been agreed upon.
Which prices are for a one-way trip?
The listed prices for Tatariv — Bukovel, Yaremche — Bukovel, and Vorokhta — Bukovel apply to the entire vehicle for a one-way trip.
Which routes include a return transfer?
Trips to Hoverla, Mount Khomyak, Zhenetskyi Huk Waterfall, and the listed private tours include a return to Bukovel unless the route description states otherwise.
Is driver waiting time included?
For Hoverla, waiting during a standard hike is included. The Huk Waterfall transfer includes one hour of waiting. For Mount Khomyak, the driver does not wait but returns to collect passengers after their descent.
Can I book a minibus for up to 20 passengers?
Yes. A minibus can be booked for your own pre-arranged party. Individual seats are not available.
Can I rent a vehicle without a driver?
No. We do not provide self-drive car rentals. Every service includes a private vehicle with a driver.
Are admission tickets and tourist fees included?
No. Admission tickets, environmental and park fees, and passengers’ personal expenses are paid separately.
Is a professional guide included?
A guide is not included in the standard transfer price unless explicitly stated. A professional mountain guide for Hoverla or Mount Khomyak can be booked separately for UAH 7,000.
Can an agreed price change?
Once the vehicle, route, and conditions have been confirmed, the price is fixed. Additional charges apply only to agreed route changes, longer waiting time, or extra stops.
